0-30: Proposals and literature will be reviewed relevant to clinical and forensic approaches to analyze increased risk placed on the treating clinician when a potential conflict of interest situations occur during their demanding forensic evaluations 

30-60: Worshop participants will be presented scenarios of potential dual agency pitfalls and will be taught in an interactive format how to avoid these pitfalls by facilitating referral for an independent forensic psychiatric evaluation of their patient.

60-90: Workshop particpants will be supported in applying the methods presented to their own clinical and forensic case experience with dual agency pitfalls.
