0-30: Proposals and literature will be reviewed relevant to clinical and forensic approaches to analyzing responsibility and psychological factors for different kinds of addictive behaviors related to prescription versus nonprescription drugs.

30-60: Workshop participants will be presented scenarios of addiction and will be taught in an interactive format how to approach and evaluate patient responsibility for addiction in a variety of clinical and forensic contexts.

60-90: Workshop participants will be supported in applying the methods presented to their own clinical and forensic case experience with prescribed and nonprescribed substance addiction.
